fluid dynamics (CFD), along with the same engineering expertise used
to design new 100% Hydrogen Anneal equipment. The fiber insulated
multi-stack base design provides improved insulation and lower fuel
usage than the typical cast or cast-block design. The
RAD-CON Super-High Convection™ is custom designed for your
base fan motor and coil parameters. The use of CFD (Computational
Fluid Dynamics) blended with innumerable years of experience results
in the best convection system for your application.
Furnaces and coolers, whether single or multi-stack,
are designed to fit the base and existing connections. Furnace heat
input is calculated to match the customer’s material and furnace
configuration.
